Starbucks Promotes Homosexual Agenda with Coffee Cup

by Tim S. on August 15th, 2005

Bad, bad, bad news.

Of course the letfy’s and some Christians say Baptist Press is making fools out of themselves by getting offended by a coffee cup. But that’s just a small part of what Starbucks is beginning to do. You can’t sit back and say “It’s just a cup.” It’s a whole agenda, and we can’t let them get started!

From the mailbag:

“I am a former starbucks employee of 8 years…and i think that this must be wrong…Starbucks wont’ support anything that is not blatantly “middle of the road” (eg, literacy, toys for tots, sustainable agriculture) and the red tape to get donations from even just a store is huge (i’m talking getting a gallon of brewed coffee) ...not that i don’t think this kind of thing can go on out there but i think that perhaps we should look into it a little bit more before we decide that one or two sources is enough. and have a detrimental affect on the things that they support that we do believe in…that’s just my $.02.”

SBC says: “LOLZ Starbucks is gayone1

Apparently, some folks in my denomination think that simply printing a quote in which someone mentions the fact that he’s gay is a form of “blatantly push[ing] the homosexual agenda”.

SBC – I suppose that having a quote from someone who is gay on a coffee cup isn’t necessarily supporting the homosexual agenda (although I don’t quite know what it would be). However, if you’ll read the quote, you’ll notice that the guy speaking is “blatantly push[ing] the homosexual agenda”.

Yeah, and it goes beyond the quote. It goes to the gay pride rallies, etc.,etc.
